​​VIDEO CHAT:  For an encrypted video chat, all you need is a computer, smartphone, or tablet with a camera and a decent internet connection.  No apps to download. At the time of your appointment, scroll down to your therapist and click the link next to his or her picture.  This will ask you to turn on your camera and will invite you to check in to your therapist’s virtual wait room.  Wait there, and your therapist will connect with you when he or she is ready.
