COUNSELLING IN VICTORIA,BC
Arbour Counselling Centre is a group of Masters and PhD-level counselling professionals dedicated to helping people grow through their journey in life. We're trained to listen well, to offer objective and honest feedback, and to support you in your steps toward growth and wellness.
At Arbour, our mission is to provide the highest quality care with the best-trained professionals, and we do so in a manner that recognizes that we are whole people: mind, body, and spirit.

Our ongoing goal is to provide a safe space for all people — regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, or religious affiliation — to talk about whatever is of concern to them in their lives.
We gratefully acknowledge that we are guests on this land where we live and work, the traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking people who have lived here and stewarded the land for centuries. We are committed to the ongoing work of understanding and reconciliation with Indigenous communities.
We also acknowledge that we are guests invited into the sacred spaces of all our clients’ journeys. We strive to honour each person’s unique and beautiful path, to care for and to love each person we meet as part of the common humanity we share. As such, we work continually to be conscious of our own perspectives and values and how they may impact our conversations, while remaining open to changing our hearts and minds when needed.

We offer counselling in Victoria, BC for individuals, couples, families, teens, and children over 10. Our therapists practice through a systems theory lens with various therapeutic modalities, such as play therapy, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy, to name a few.
